DAYTON, OH (FOX19) - A Warren County fugitive who left his trial and never came back has been captured.
James Scott was arrested by Dayton police on Saturday.
Scott has been a wanted fugitive since his convictions in Warren County in 2005.
Scott left for lunch after the case had been turned over to the jury and never returned.
Scott was convicted on nine counts of trafficking in cocaine, and two counts of possession of cocaine.
Scott was featured on America's Most Wanted several years ago. Although several tips were called in, none of them proved to be fruitful.
Scott is facing over 50 years in the state penitentiary and is currently in the Montgomery County Jail.
