CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A man accused of killing a 2-year-old Sycamore Township toddler is still being held without bond.
Anthony Pierson, 32, was arraigned Tuesday morning on charges of aggravated murder, murder and felonious assault for the death of James Livesay, his girlfriend's son. Pierson could face the death penalty if convicted.
Pierson pleaded not guilty and was appointed an attorney. The judge ordered that he remain behind bars with no bond.
His next court date was set for April 18.
