CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine is hosting a cyberbullying workshop Wednesday at Cincinnati State.
Cyberbullying 101 is a one day free workshop that will:
- Provide education about the types of bullying, specifically focusing on cyberbullying.
- Provide participants with an understanding of the legal implications of cyberbullying, including criminal and civil charges.
- Participants will understand policies and practices which address and impact cyberbullying.
- Participants will understand promising strategies and interventions when a cyberbullying incident occurs
Dewine says cyberbullying is becoming an everyday occurrence in Ohio schools, and the workshop will provide awareness and education about the implications of bullying.
