One paper umbrella.
Small pineapple wedge.
two or three maraschino cherry
one or two any color Bunny
3/4 cup of rum (any type you like)
three tablespoons fresh lime juice
two tablespoons of grenadine
and a skewer.
one tablespoon of sugar.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum,lime juice, grenadine and about a cup of ice.
Shake well and pour in the prepared tall glass.
Insert the skewer through the bottom of the bunnies, push the pineapple and the maraschino cherries through the skewer next to the bunnies and top with
the paper umbrella.
10 ounces of semisweet chocolate chopped.
0ne cup of shredded coconut.
16 wooden craft sticks. Available at any craft or candy making supply store.
16 Peeps Bunnies any color.
Line two or three baking sheets with wax paper.
Follow directions on package on how to melt the chocolate.
And place the melted chocolate in a bowl. Reheat if it becomes too hard.
Place the coconut on a large plate.
Insert one craft stick about halfway into the bottom section of the bunny. Dip into the chocolate, turning to coat completely
let the extra chocolate fall off back in the bowl. You can either roll the bunny or sprinkle coconut with your hands after dipping in the
chocolate. You can also use other types of coating like colored sprinkles or chopped nuts.
Place the finished bunnies onto the sheets. Freeze until firm, at least 45 minutes.
Serve frozen. They can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.
Cross cake recipe.
You will need one box cake or your own recipe. And your choices of icings and other decorative candies or flowers.
One 12 x 14 1/2 sheet cake pan coated with solid vegetable oil spread and flour.
coat the cake pan well and turn upside down and gently shake excess flour. If there are some shiny
parts of the cake pan add more of the solid vegetable oil and flour to make sure the cake comes out in one piece.
You should be able to make a board out of a large piece of heavy cardboard covered with aluminum foil and
arrange 1/2 sheets of wax paper around the entire cake plate to remove after it is decorated and the wax paper will
catch any crumbs of extra icing when decorating.
Follow the directions on the box and spread the mixture onto the cake pan.
Bake at a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove and let it cook on a cookie rack for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
To remove the cake from the baking sheet, hold the board against the pan and turn the sheet upside down very carefully onto the prepared
Cut the cake right in the middle.
Place one piece of the cake on the tray closer to the bottom of the cardboard.
Cut the other piece in two and attach the two pieces closer to the top one on each side thus forming a cross. Decorate as you like and after pull the was paper out from under the cake very carefully and you will have a very
clean and beautiful cake.
