Coloring your eggs:
You'll need
- Water
- Vinegar
- Icing Coloring
- Wire Rack (place news paper underneath
- Toothpick
- Spoon
- Glass bowl you don't mind being stained
- Mix 2 parts water with 1 part white vinegar.
- Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes (or until boiling). Carefully remove from microwave.
- Choose your color and with a toothpick add some color to your water and stir (Tip: For best results use icing coloring).
- Using a toothpick re-open the holes at the end (Tip:Doing this will prevent your egg from "popping").
- Place your egg in your color for 2-4 minutes depending your desired color. Using your spoon, move the water over it for even coverage.
- Tilt egg to remove any access water that got inside and place on a wire rack to dry.
