CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton County teen is jailed after a botched armed robbery attempt.
Police say Damon Kirkendall, 19, shot a man during an attempted robbery Monday night on Chase Avenue.
According to court records, the victim was seriously hurt.
Kirkendall is in jail, charged with possession of a weapon while under disability, aggravated robbery and felonious assault. His bond was set at $135,000.
According to court records, Kirkendall was convicted in 2007 on aggravated robbery charges. He was also in court earlier this year.
