REPORT: Gun pointed at Warren Co. high schoolers

WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A Warren County man is in jail after it is reported that he pointed a gun at two high schoolers.

According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, two students were parked in a neighborhood near Kings Mills High School this morning when David Kurilko came up to their car window.

Their mother tells FOX19 that Kurilko pointed a gun at the car window and began threatening the siblings.

Kurilko told police that he did it because they were playing their music too loud.

According to a release, the students reported the incident to school officials immediately and they called the sheriff's office.

Kurilko is now in the Warren County jail on a Aggravated Menacing charge.

There were no injuries and school went on as usual.

Kurilko is due back in court tomorrow morning.
