Jury finds Gerth guilty on murder charges

The jury has found Mark Gerth guilty on two counts of murder and two counts of vehicular homicide in the Cincinnati crash that killed two people last year.

Gerth crashed a stolen SUV into a taxi cab, killing two people. 

Last March, the grand jury indicted Gerth on two counts of murder, four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, one count of aggravated vehicular assault, one count of failure to comply, one count of failure to stop after accident, and one count of receiving stolen property.
