Cincinnati Police from District 4 say a man already wanted for metal theft at a business a couple weeks ago did it again Tuesday.
38-year-old Daniel Lintz is wanted for copper theft. Police say that on 3/26/12 Daniel Lintz entered the property of K*B*R Inc. (Kitchens by Rutenschroer) located at 950 Laidlaw Ave in Bond Hill, and stole copper downspouts from the building. On 4/10/12 K*B*R the same thing happened again.
Court records filed by the police say Lintz was caught on video stealing the first downspout, and caught on video at a scrap yard attempting to sell it. Other records say Lintz has already been charged with metal theft or attempted metal theft twice earlier this year. In one case police said he took his employers' truck without permission to deliver metal freshly stolen from them to a scrap yard, and in another case tried to rip a downspout off a home in Clifton. Those cases are still in the court system.
Recent cases have listed addresses for Daniel Lintz in Green Township and Mt. Auburn.
Anyone with information about the latest two incidents or the whereabouts of Daniel Lintz are asked to call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.
