1 can salmon, drained and boned
1/2 sm onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup self rising corn meal
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Combine salmon, onion, flour and cornmeal untill salmon is coated. Add other ingedients, mix well. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil (350 degrees). Fry untill light brown. Drain on paper towels.
