Colerain Township truck owner killed in accident in Hamilton

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Hamilton Police are investigating an accident that killed a truck driver Friday afternoon.

Police were called to the scene at Baxter Concrete, located at the 3300 block of Port Union Road, at around 2:15 p.m. for reports of a work related accidental death. There they found 67-year-old dump truck owner-operator James Rolfert of Colerain Township dead at the scene.

James' death is currently under investigation, and police will release more details as they become available.
