LUDLOW, KY (FOX19) -

The two women who were charged with duct taping a young child to a sleeping mat at a Northern Kentucky daycare center were indicted on Friday.

Alicia Lyons and Justina Rogers are both charged with taping a child to a sleeping mat in October 2011. Lyons was charged in January. Rogers was charged a month later. They could both face up to 10 years in prison if they are convicted.

Mustard Seeds Child Care closed its Ludlow location shortly after the incident came to light in January. The other two locations in Covington and Florence are still open.
