Warren County SWAT is called in to assist police with a shots fired run.
Early Tuesday morning, police were called to a Main Street apartment in Franklin to investigate a report that some shots were fired.
Police say the suspect inside the apartment, Jonathan Meeker, wouldn't answer the door and turned out the lights.
SWAT arrived and was able to get Meeker to come out.
Meeker is being charged with inducing panic. He may face other charges.
He will be taken to the Warren County jail.
