A judge in Ohio says there's enough evidence to take the case against a suspected highway sniper to a grand jury. The ruling buys more time for prosecutors to prepare their evidence against Charles McCoy Junior. According to court testimony in Columbus today, McCoy's mother found four guns in the house they shared, including a gun linked to one of the shootings under investigation. A police ballistics expert told the court that tests on a gun found under McCoy's mattress last month linked it to a shooting that damaged a house while the residents slept. McCoy is a suspect in 24 shootings in the area since May, including one that killed a female passenger as she was riding in a car.
