A suspect wanted in the strangulation death of a Pennsylvania man has surrendered to U-S marshals in Cleveland. State police in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, say 18-year-old Deshon Garrison turned himself in to federal authorities yesterday in Cleveland. Garrison is charged in the March 24th strangulation death of 30-year-old Eric Thomas at a southwestern Pennsylvania housing project. Yesterday, another suspect, 25-year-old Timothy Atwater tried to hide in the basement of a Cleveland apartment building. He then fatally shot himself as marshals closed in. Authorities say they still don't know the whereabouts of a third male suspect, 32-year-old Thomas Moore of Cleveland, or a 24-year-old female suspect, believed to be from Pittsburgh.
