Green tea could be the key to fighting leukemia.Mayo Clinic researchers say a chemical in the tea, EGCG, helps kill cancer cells without hurting the patient. EGCG helps to cut off the communication signals the cancer cells need to survive. Leukemia cells were killed in 80-percent of the patients in the study with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, the country's most common form of leukemia.
