Ultimate Eggplant Stuffing

Serves 10
10 large eggplants
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of pepper
1 teaspoon of allspice
half teaspoon of cumin
16 oz. of tomato sauce
6 oz. of pine nuts
2 lb. of ground beef
2 lb. of medium grain rice
1 lb. of diced onion
1 lb. of diced tomato
2 large spoon of butter
Cut eggplants in cup shape & spoon out insides.  Deep fry eggplants for 1-2 minutes.  Save on the side.
In skillet, fry other ingredients together.  Take this stuffing and stuff it inside the eggplant halves.  Put eggplants in a baking pan.  Pour some tomato sauce on top and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. 
Garnish with diced diced parsley and a piece of lemon.  They are ready to serve!
