MT. HEALTHY, OH (FOX19) -
A Mt. Healthy man is dead after a fight at the Compton Grove Apartments on Friday night.
Police found Charles Hamblin, 52, unconscious at the apartment in the 7700 block of Clovernook Ave. around 9:30 p.m. Hamblin was taken to Mercy Mt. Airy Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
Gregory Trifilio, 47, was arrested on charges of involuntary manslaughter. Police say Trifilio called 911 to report the altercation with Hamblin.
Trifilio was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
