LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A diner was taken out of the Heart Attack Grill on a stretcher in downtown Las Vegas by paramedics Saturday night after suffering an apparent medical episode.

Owner Jon Basso tells FOX5 the woman, believed to be in her mid 40s, was eating, drinking alcohol and smoking before falling onto the floor unconscious.

Basso believes her body just could not take in all the stress.

An ambulance arrived at the restaurant within five minutes, according to Basso.

The Heart Attack Grill is known for not holding back on its menu. Signs around the business glorify bad eating habits with menu items like Flatliner Fries and Butterfat Milkshakes. The "Quadruple Bypass Burger" is also an item sold at the restaurant, containing a whopping 9,983 calories.

Basso said recently that item on the menu was honored by the Guinness World Record for having the highest amount of calories ever in a burger.

As of now, it is unclear what the woman was eating Saturday night.

This is not the first medical episode to happen at the Heart Attack Grill. In February, a diner suffered a heart attack in the middle of eating a Triple Bypass Burger.
