TOLEDO, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - A Toledo mother faced a judge Monday morning after police said she left her two small kids home alone so she could smoke pot.
According to police, Victoria Lopez, 24, left her 3 and 4-year-old kids alone Saturday afternoon with the door unlocked for about a half-hour.
Officers and agents with children services said they clocked her gone from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. at her home on Packard Road in north Toledo.
Authorities said she confessed to the child endangering.
