MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati State launched its new campus in downtown Middletown on Monday.
The event was held at the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Building on North Main Street, which will be renovated for classrooms, offices and other school-related purposes.
"This has not been easy. But the final project has been great," Cincinnati State President O'dell Owens. "The support we've received from the people of Middletown has been overwhelming. Now it's time to make it happen."
Cincinnati State will offer courses leading to an Associates of Arts degree. The school plans for the building to open for classes at the start of the fall semester on Aug. 29.
