A Hamilton County man is in hot water after police say he hatched a strange scheme to pay for sex with a cell phone.
On Monday, police say William Ferris, 29, reported his cell phone stolen.
When police came to investigate, they say Ferris eventually admitted to trading the cell phone for sex with a prostitute.
Ferris was jailed on charges of soliciting sex.
The type of cell phone he allegedly traded was not listed in the report.
