A four day undercover operation by the Cincinnati Police Department resulted in 51 arrests. The April 6-9 sweep focused on street level enforcement and decoys were used. Officers concentrated their efforts in the Over the Rhine area because of numerous complaints from neighbors. Included in the 51 arrests were 26 people who were allegedly looking to hire a prostitute and 15 alleged prostitutes. Investigators also confiscated marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, and Xanax pills.
