On Saturday afternoon around 1 p.m., Cincinnati Police District 4 officers were called to the corner barber shop located at 6901 Vine Street in Carthage when people there reported a found child.
After some time, police found the boy's mother and another person that might have been involved in his care, and as of Saturday evening they were interviewing them Downtown at the Cincinnati Police Criminal Investigative Section, which covers missing child cases,
Police say the boy is three years old. He was found wearing grey pants, a grey and black striped shirt, a black and grey jacket and no shoes. He couldn't tell police didn't know his name, or the names of whoever was taking care of him.
