COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A 17-year-old woman is injured in a single car accident in Colerain Township on Sunday.
According to police, the 17-year-old was driving in the 4000 block of Blue Rock Road when she crossed the yellow lines as she was turning at a curve. She tried to steer back in her lane but lost control of the car and it flipped on its side.
The 17-year-old had to be extricated from the vehicle before being taken to the hospital. She was treated and released.
She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department.
