SPRINGDALE, OH (FOX19) -
A man is behind bars on felonious assault charges after police say he attacked another man with a broken beer bottle.
Police say Francisco Orlando Perez-Linar, 36, attacked Gaspar Mendoza during a fight involving multiple people early Sunday morning.
Mendoza was transported by police to Mercy Hospital with cuts on his face and neck from a broken beer bottle. Both men were intoxicated at the time.
Court documents show that Immigrations and Customs Enforcement are also investigating.
