Human rights group releases 2004 report on hate Web sites
A human rights group says it's seen a surge in the number of Web sites that seek to recruit terrorists. The Simon Wiesenthal Center says some sites urge young people to join "holy wars" and become suicide bombers. In its annual report, the center also details other disturbing finds -- online games that allow kids to "shoot" illegal immigrants, Jews and blacks. The speaker of the New York City Council says he's most troubled by sites that appear to be educational, such as one on Martin Luther King Junior that's actually run by a racist group. The Simon Wiesenthal Center uses its report to inform parents, teachers, public officials and police.
