A North Carolina father-to-be wound up with more than just a speeding ticket after rushing his pregnant wife to the hospital. Police in the town of Ranlo say Jimmie Fisher resisted arrest and cursed at officers who pulled him over for going ten miles above the posted speed limit. Fisher says he was under some stress when he swore at the officers and pulled away when they approached him a second time in the emergency room. But, he complains they pointed a gun at him when he tried to get out of the car to explain that his wife's water had broken. Fisher says he was presented in court and made it back to the hospital in time for the birth of his third child. The police chief says he's still reviewing the traffic stop, which was videotaped by a police car camera.
