CPD: Dad left baby in hot car while shopping

WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

A Hamilton County dad is in trouble after police say he left baby in his car while he was shopping.

Officers say Dayvon Britten, 23, left his child in the car alone yesterday while he was shopping at the Family Dollar in Westwood.

The high temperature on Thursday was 84-degrees.

He was taken to the Hamilton County jail on charges of child endangerment where his bond was set at $5,000.
