Elie Wiesel speaks to Xavier students and community members

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Elie Wiesel spoke at the Cintas Center on Sunday.

Professor Wiesel is a Holocaust survivor, Nobel Peace Prize winner and author. His book, Night, is available in more than 30 languages and millions of copies have been sold.

He has used his talents to defend human rights and has worked on behalf of oppressed people. Wiesel visited Cincinnati more than 10 years ago to rally support for the creation of The Center for Holocaust and Humanity Education. The center educates about the Holocaust and remembers its victims.
