CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A shooting in Walnut Hills has left one person dead.

Police were called to 739 Oak Street around 2:45 Tuesday morning to investigate a report of shots being fired.

Johnny Brown, 26, was found dead in a driveway.

Police are also saying that they believe several witnesses may have left the scene in an older model green Lincoln.

This is the 15th homicide in Cincinnati since January 1, 2012. According to a press release from Councilman Smitherman, 13 out of the 15 homicide victims have been African American.

Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Criminal Investigation Section at 352-3542 or CRIMESTOPPERS at 352-3040 or text "CINTIP" plus your message to CRIMES (274637).  Callers may remain anonymous and may receive compensation for their information.
