The Cincinnati Police Department responded to the report of a person shot Friday night.
Police arrived in the 200 block of W. McMicken Avenue, and found a male victim that had been shot.
The victim was identified as 22-year-old Justin Bedel.
Bedel was transported to an area hospital where he underwent surgery.
