Two people were arrested after trying to steal a car only for police to discover the car they were driving was also stolen.
Police tell CBS 3 Francisco Concepcion and a minor are facing a variety of charges after trying to steal a Lincoln on Prescott Street.
A neighbor alerted police.
Police say when they arrived on scene both suspects fled.
Police chased after them on foot and discovered that the red Honda they had driven to the scene was stolen from Somerset Street.
