Drivers: beware! Officials in southwest Ohio are saying that traffic could slow down to a crawl this week as crews haul several oversized metal boxes from the Ohio River up to Middletown. These "boxes" measure up to 175 feet long and 19 feet high. The Ohio texting ban is making its way to Columbus today after the House voted 82-12 to pass the bill. This bill will make texting and driving for adults a secondary offense but for those eighteen and under, it will be a primary offense. Governor John Kasich is expected to sign the bill and it could go into effect as soon as next month.
A mining accident in Gallatin County ended in tragedy yesterday. Angela Common, 37, was driving a truck when she hit a rock wall and was thrown from the vehicle. The truck then rolled over her. Brad Underwood will be live with more information starting at 5 a.m.
