Grand jury indicts teen accused of taking pictures at tanning salon

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A Butler County grand jury indicted a Hamilton teen on several charges after police say he took pictures of 11 people at a tanning salon.

Zachary K. Thomas, 19, faces 14 counts of voyeurism, one count of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance and one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

Thomas was arrested March 1 and has been out on bond.

Hamilton police say a woman changing clothes in a tanning booth saw the cell phone being held over the top of a wall and confronted Thomas.

Police say the images found on his phone date from December 2, 2011 through March 1, 2012.

Investigators have been contacting the women who don't know about the allegations.

Thomas was not a salon employee.
