CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A Cincinnati man is jailed on arson and theft charges.
Dominique Lewis, 27, is charged with two counts of aggravated arson, criminal damaging and theft.
According to a police report, Lewis busted five windows on a woman's car and took her purse and the cash inside.
Lewis also is accused of setting multiple fires to an occupied apartment building on Victory Parkway.
