Ohio State Highway Patrol works to prevent dangerous driving

Ohio police officers are going to be out Friday night working to deter drunk drivers.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is conducting what they are calling an "All Day Out." Police will be highly visible on Ohio road ways and will be working to stop drivers from driving drunk or under the influence of drugs. They say they are also working to prevent other unsafe driving behaviors including not wearing a seat belt.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says they have already seen a 19 percent increase in fatal crashing in Ohio this year.
