A Reading father accused of shooting his adult son will appear in court Tuesday morning for a report of the Grand Jury.
On May 26, Reading police were called to the 1200 block of Alwil Drive for a report of a disorderly person.
While officers were on their way to the scene, several more calls came into dispatch, reporting possible gunshots were heard near the scene.
When officers arrived at the scene, police found Michael Moubray, 23, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Court documents show Michael's dad, Anthony Moubray, 63, was the shooter.
Anthony Moubray appeared in court on Monday to answer for charges of domestic violence and felonious assault. His bond set at $30,000.
Michael was transported to University Hospital and is listed in stable condition at this time.
