Good morning! I hope you got your Tuesday started off on the right foot...I know Aroldis Chapman sure did! But first, your weather update...

Flash flooding caused some problems for a few areas in the tri-state, but Meteorologist Katy Morgan is saying that the system to blame will be making its way out today. There is a slight chance for an afternoon shower but other than that, expect mostly cloudy skies for parts of the day and highs in the mid-70's.

You can check out Katy and Frank all morning long starting at 4 a.m. for your current weather conditions as well as a complete seven-day forecast.

Everyone knows Aroldis Chapman has one heck of an arm, but the Reds pitcher apparently has a pretty big lead foot, too! Grove City PD clocked Chapman going 93 mph on northbound I-71 early this morning, where they then discovered he was also driving on a suspended license. Chapman was arrested but quickly released after posting a ten percent bond. Dan Wells will have more on our pitching (NASCAR potential?) all-star starting at 4:30 a.m.

Well hopefully Kentucky voters won't be doing 93 mph as they head to the polls today to vote in the state primary. Election officials are expecting most of the action to be in Northern Kentucky where nine candidates are hoping to fill the congressional seat vacated by Geoff Davis. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Brad Underwood will be live in Lakeside Park with more on this year's election all morning long.

How cool is this? Some Northern Kentucky Success Academy students are putting their skills to the test and building an underwater remotely operated vehicle as part of the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps. sea perch program. Tune in at 5:45 on the FOX19 Morning News for more on this innovative story!

Calling all House fans: how would you like to win Dr. House's cane?! Be sure to tune-in between 7-8 this morning to find out how! (Hint: have your computer ready and be a fan of FOX19!)

Six down and two to go in our FOX19 grill-off competition. Everyone's favorite redhead will be whipping up her grilled kabobs! Check out Sheila Gray's grilling skills coming up at 8:15!

Now that you're all caught up on your news making headlines, check out our FOX19 Morning News team from 4-10 a.m. for these stories and more! If our newscast isn't enough for you, come talk to me on our Facebook page! :)

Have a wonderful Tuesday!
