An Ohio company that makes an Arnold Schwarzenegger bobblehead is getting some help in its fight to keep the dolls. Schwarzenegger is suing Canton-based Discount Merchandise claiming it unlawfully used the former Hollywood actor's image. The eight-inch figures depict the governor in a business suit wearing rounds of ammunition and holding an assault rifle. The law firm Townsend and Townsend and Crew says it's representing the company for free to help level the playing field. Attorney William Gallagher says the bobblehead is a clear political parody and caricature and the governor isn't immune from political satire.
