New drug task force formed in Warren County

The Warren County Drug Task Force and the Ohio State Highway Patrol are creating a new task force to try to stop illegal drug activity in the area.

A sergeant, two troopers, Sheriff's Deputy and four canines will work together to patrol the interstates and state highways in the county.

The task force says a significant portion of illegal drugs that arrive from Southwest border states are transported by motor vehicles through the Tri-State.
