CLIFTON, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police report an increase in car break-ins in the Clifton area over the past three weeks.
Investigators say the thieves have stolen electronics and money from parked vehicles on Ruther Avenue between Jefferson Avenue and Vine Street.
Police say in most of the cases people left their property in plain view and the thieves broke a passenger window to get to the items.
Officers remind car owners to take personal belongings inside with you or secure them in your trunk.
