CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
On Friday, the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden announced their newest addition.
Lainey Lynn and Shewa welcomed a filly on Wednesday.
Mom and baby are both doing well and will be off-exhibit to encourage bonding.
On Facebook, the zoo said they are hoping to have their wonder-foal addition outside sometime next week.
Zoo officials are accepting name suggestions on Twitter and Facebook. If you use the hashtag #zebrababy, you can see your suggestion on digital billboards along I-71 & I-75.
This is Lainey Lynn and Shewa's second foal. Their first was Marty, a colt.
