SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Three suspects have been arrested for a burglary in Sycamore Township.
It occurred in the 4600 block of Kugler Mill Road.
A witness reported that a black male was climbing out of bedroom window of a residence. The suspect fled the area on foot and the witness noted a female suspect sitting in a vehicle in a neighbor's driveway. The witness obtained a license plate number for dispatchers.
Officers observed the suspect vehicle on Galbraith Road, near Kenwood Road. When officers stopped the vehicle, the male suspect fled on foot. He was taken into custody a short time later after a foot chase through a neighborhood. The female was taken into custody at the site of the traffic stop. The third suspect was detained after being located at a nearby business.
Police have charged James Clark, 27, of Cincinnati, with burglary and resisting arrest. Police say he was observed exiting a bedroom window and was driving the vehicle observed near the burglary and ran from officers when stopped. Andre Jones, 28, of Reno Valley, Calif., is charged with burglary and obstructing official business. Police believe he was inside the residence with Clark. Wendy Gonzales, 24, of Cincinnati, is charged with complicity to burglary. Police say she was in the vehicle near the burglary and was a passenger in the car driven by Clark.
Police say nothing was taken during the burglary.
