A walk through downtown Cincinnati will take place Wednesday afternoon to promote responsible pit bull ownership.
Cincinnati Pit Crew has organized the event, making it the first group walk through downtown Cincinnati since the repeal of the ban on pit bulls by City Council on May 16.
The walk is scheduled to begin on the West Grove of Fountain Square at 5:30 and proceed to Neon's Famous Unplugged cafe on 12th Street in Over-the-Rhine for a dog-friendly after party.
60 pit bulls have been confirmed to attend the walk, includingBleaker, one of the rescue dogs from the Michael Vick case.
