"Slow Down To Get Around" is a slogan that could soon be heard around the nation. The Rumpke trash hauling company designed the new media campaign to remind drivers to be cautious when navigating around service vehicles. The campaign includes tv and radio commercials featuring a driver who is involved in an accident in which she injures a waste collection driver. Rumpke says they're doing all they can to make sure more of their employees aren't injured. Three Tri-State drivers have been involved in accidents in the last six months. One was a close-call, another involved a serious injury, and in January a driver was killed in Harlan Township. Rumpke wants municipalities and businesses to participate in the media campaign.
