Woman accused of throwing hot chili at Kroger employee

A Hamilton County woman is facing charges after police say she attacked a Kroger employee with hot chili.

Marissa Robinson, 31, of Springfield Township is charged with theft and assault.

According to Hamilton County court documents, Robinson was consuming hot chili while walking through the Kroger on Colerain Avenue near Banning in Colerain Township. When a store employee confronted her, she threw the chili at the employee.

Robinson was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center and later released on her own recognizance.
