We have new information on the Gallatin County mine accident that killed a local woman last month.
According to documents posted on Mine Safety and Health Administration's website, 37-year-old Angela Common was killed when the 40 ton haul truck she was driving for Sterling Materials flipped over.
Even though it's been almost a month since the accident, the mine's doors remain closed.
The mine says they are still waiting for the final results of the investigation into the accident.
No reopen date has been announced.
