WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A Lebanon man has been found guilty of five felony charges in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday.
Jessie Morsie, 47, faces a maximum of 28 years in prison after being found guilty at a bench trial of attempted rape and four counts of sexual battery. The incidents occurred with multiple victims from the summer of 2010 until March 2011 in Morsie's apartment.
Morsie was indicted on the offenses by the Warren County grand jury in February. Judge Neal Bronson revoked Morsie's $750,000 bond and ordered him to stay in the Warren County Jail until the sentencing hearing on July 24.
