LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

The Warren County Sheriff's Office has captured an inmate who failed to return to jail after work release.

Keith Jim Boyer, 27, of West Chester, was granted work release in late March. He was in jail on a theft charge.

After receiving a tip about Boyer's whereabouts, a group of deputies and K-9 units searched the Little Miami river bank in the Kings Mills area. Boyer was arrested without incident just after 6 a.m. Thursday.

Boyer is now facing an additional charge of escape.
